The project includes the change of use of former office space into seven compact short-let apartments.  Working alongside the contractor and the client design team Carbogno Architects followed the technical aspects of the works ensuring compliance with housing standards and bay-laws.

Located near the West End this historical building facing onto Sicilian Avenue presented the design and construction teams with logistical challenges including organizing deliveries, scaffolding licences, and working within confined spaces. The existing access to the site also meant that we had to work alongside a team of fire engineers to resolve escape routes without altering the existing floors of the building which were occupied for the entire duration of the project.
