We have been involved in the initial phase of the development prior the client decided to sell it off. The proposal included the change of use of part basement and part ground floor as a restaurant and use of part ground and first to seventh floors to residential flats.

The 14 proposed residential units are developed around a new staircase and lift located in the middle of the development. External alterations including improved façade treatment, rear extension housing circulation core; and new dormer windows at roof level; installation of mechanical plant within the rear lightwell and at seventh floor level; and installation of an extract duct to the rear elevation.
