We were appointed by the main contractor as delivery architects for this serviced office project. The main task was ensuring the high-end design developed by the client team was fully developed and implemented in coordination with mechanical, electrical and structural elements of the building. The proposal includes office spaces, meeting rooms, break-out areas, joinery design, MEP coordination, and high-end audio visual and access control installation.

Three levels of existing offices have been stripped out to allow for a fresh and semi industrial intervention allowing for structure and services to be left exposed while a number of solid and glass partitions, joinery and specialized metal work elements have been installed to bring a delicate and revised design touch to the interior.

The design has been developed to allow for maximum internal flexibility and future configurations can be achieved to suit a wide spectrum of shareholder from individuals to medium size companies.
