The proposal for this project, located in the Redington Frognal conservation area, set to refurbish a flat interior with a high-end modernist intervention whilst giving careful consideration to some of its art-deco period features.

 The work involves the complete refurbishment and services upgrade and internal fit out of the 100 m2 flat. The key element of the design is the introduction of a very dynamic set of curves on the floor plan along with the replacement of all fenestration with high quality steel double glazed equivalent units.

 The design brings back a complete 1930s feel to the flat in a contemporary and sensual manner while drawing references to the refined violin making business of our client.
